Registration Package Inclusions - 2027 WAFC Annual Convention

Choosing the correct registration type is important. Your registration type determines your access to Business Meetings and other event features. If you are unsure whether you should register as a Retailer, Wholesaler, Supplier, or Broker, please contact us before registering.

Please note that registrations submitted under the incorrect attendee type will require a $110 modification fee to update.

A Full Registration includes four nights of lodging in a Standard Room at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa or a One Bedroom Villa at the Desert Springs Villas, with check-in on May 1 and check-out on May 5. Your package includes all applicable taxes and fees.

The included hotel dates are part of the convention package and cannot be exchanged for alternate dates or removed from your registration.

Customize Your Stay

Need to arrive early, stay longer, or enjoy upgraded accommodations? During registration, you may:

Add pre- or post-convention nights (subject to availability and with an additional cost)
Upgrade your room at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa
Select accommodations at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas, including:
- Budget-friendly guest rooms, save $100 per program night by choosing a guest room!
- One Bedroom Villas (available at the same rate as a standard JW Marriott room)
- Two Bedroom Villas for additional space

Your Full Registration includes access to hosted convention events and select resort amenities throughout your stay.
