Texas Pathways Institute #3

The Texas Success Center looks forward to welcoming college teams to Texas Pathways Institute #3.

At this stage of Round 4, colleges have moved from planning into implementation. Institute #3 will give teams dedicated time to step back, examine the evidence emerging from their work, and consider what it reveals about their progress, challenges, and opportunities for continued improvement.

Through expert-led sessions, peer learning, and dedicated team time, participants will strengthen their ability to make meaning of data and communicate a clear, evidence-informed story about their Pathways work.

During the Institute, teams will:

• Examine available evidence to identify meaningful trends, gaps, progress, and unexpected findings.
• Consider what the evidence suggests about their implementation efforts and what questions remain unanswered.
• Identify the most important insights and evidence to communicate to institutional stakeholders.
• Strengthen their ability to translate data and learning into a clear and compelling story.
• Learn from peer colleges and test their emerging conclusions through feedback and discussion.
• Apply what they learn during dedicated team working sessions.

Teams will leave with a clearer picture of where they are in their implementation journey, key findings supported by available evidence, and the foundation of a compelling story and case for change that can be refined and shared across their institution.
